Orders & Shipping
How long until my order ships?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to select countries, with delivery typically in 7–21 business days. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
How much is shipping?
US shipping is a flat $6 — and free on orders over $75. Express options are available at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Just contact us with your order number and the item(s), and we’ll send instructions right over.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How do I find my size?
Check our Size Guide for a full chart and measuring tips. When in doubt, the product description notes any styles that run small or oversized.
A piece I love is sold out — will it come back?
Sometimes! On any sold-out product page you'll find an “Ask About This Item” form — send us a note and we'll let you know if it's restocking or help you find something similar.
Are your items true to size?
Most of our pieces run true to size. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.
