Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your order — and sending something back if it isn't quite right.

Shipping

Processing time: Orders are lovingly packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.
Domestic shipping (US): Flat rate $6 — or free on orders over $75. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
International shipping: We ship to select countries. Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking: A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Our promise: We want you to adore every piece. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. Please return items in their original packaging where possible.
How to start a return: Email us at our contact page with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll send instructions right over.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Final sale: For hygiene reasons, earrings and intimates are final sale. Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
